At Keranest, we are committed to delivering premium-quality, pure virgin coconut oil sourced from Kerala. Due to the nature of our product being edible and hygienically sealed, we follow strict quality and safety standards.

Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

As our products are consumable and used for cooking, direct consumption, baby massage, and personal care, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, we accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged in transit

  • The product packaging is tampered or leaking

  • An incorrect item was delivered

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging must be shared for verification

2. How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

3. Replacement & Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost
    OR

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Orders placed during clearance or promotional sales (if applicable)

  • Change of mind after delivery

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
