1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
If you wish to cancel your order:

2. Orders After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched:

3. Refund Timeline for Cancelled Orders
If cancellation is approved before dispatch:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect
If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), cancellation will simply void the order without charges.
4. Refusal of Delivery (COD Orders)
If a customer refuses delivery of a confirmed Cash on Delivery order:

Keranest reserves the right to restrict future COD orders

Repeat refusal may result in order cancellation privileges being withdrawn
